A brief, relationship-focused conversation to understand your situation and assess fit. Not a clinical assessment.

Initial Assessment
Comprehensive Care Advocacy Assessment
$1,200, one time. Two hour-long visits (intake and follow-up review) plus a full chart review by an RN in between, ending with a finished care plan and printed binder you keep.

Ongoing Support
Ongoing Support
Two paths: pay-as-you-go packages — the Recheck / Reassessment Package ($800 — prep call, one-hour visit, and chart deep dive) and the Appointment Advocacy Package ($450 + travel — prep, attendance, and a written debrief) — or Active Care Coordination membership, ongoing access between visits with proactive coordination and priority messaging.
Concierge advocacy services are offered selectively based on clinical complexity, availability, and fit.
